Lata is a seasoned HR professional, assessor, and executive coach known for driving transformative change with contributions across organizational development, human resources management, and leadership enhancement. Lata's career spans over two decades, during which she has held various pivotal roles in the realm of human resources. After working with giants like Blue Star, RPG Group and Aditya Birla Group, Lata ventured in her entrepreneurial journey where she has been working with various Corporates, SMEs and family owned businesses using her extensive experience to adeptly design and implement strategies that align human capital with corporate objectives. An INSEAD, Paris alumni, Lata is a certified assessor and coach and possesses a keen eye for identifying individual and team strengths, areas for development, and potential growth avenues. As an independent assessor, she has been working with some of the top corporates in completing their assessment needs for various senior level position. Additionally, she has been working as an executive coach with next gen CXOs and seasoned suite C professionals facilitating them towards unlocking their full potential and achieving their goals. Beyond her professional roles, Lata is a wife and mother, and is deeply passionate about driving impactful change at the grassroot level. Apart from working pro bono with few not for profit organisations, she also collaborates with various social and national level developmental organizations, contributing to their strategic agendas. In one such initiative, she works extensively with various handicraft associations and artisans helping them make a better living and supports them in developing and implementing market-fit designs and strategies.

Rohini

Rohini is an Organizational Psychologist with an MBA in HR. She has over two decades of experience in the field of HR and operations, encompassing HR consulting, learning and development, coaching, quality improvement, customer service and complaint handling. Rohini’s interest in people development began even before she ventured into the field of HR during her earlier corporate stint at Prudential Process Management Services and Capita where she managed, coached, and developed her team members. It was this profound interest that ultimately led her to kickstart her own entrepreneurial journey in the field of HR. Her experience spans over diverse Industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Education and Retail. As an HR Consultant, she has worked on assignments with MNCs, mid-sized organizations, start-ups and Consulting firms alike. As an OD practitioner, Rohini’s expertise lies in designing and implementing assessment centers, HR processes, as well as employee retention and engagement strategies. As a Learning consultant, she has helped design and facilitate several leadership development interventions and has managed the entire gamut, right from assessment to delivery of workshops, be it first time managers, mid-managers or senior leaders, preparing them for taking up high impact roles. Sudha Suresh is a psychometric consultant and a behavioral assessor who has over 15 years of experience across varied functions like creating psychometric assessments & reports, coaching professionals on psychometric assessment certification as well as counseling, running an assessment center, and teaching psychology subjects for postgraduate and undergraduate levels. She is passionate to create an impact in people’s lives and guide them toward leveraging their true potential. The majority of her expertise comes from closely working on many projects related to the HR activities like recommendations for recruitment, succession planning, training need analysis, creating individual development programs, training, etc for the corporate sectors based on the scores obtained in psychometric assessments. He has more than a decade of experience in the domain of technology consulting With expertise in HR processes. He comes with a rich experience of around 4 years in the field of technology consulting with Deloitte accompanied with over 2.5 years of real estate experience.
